The petitioners in this petition are seeking transfer as per their choice posting on the premise that they have been working in Tribal area (PESA). They claim to be residents of Sakri Taluka which comes under that area. Their representations (Exhibit - D) are pending with the respondent no. 3. The learned Advocate who appears for the respondent nos. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that appropriate orders would be passed on the petitioners' representations. 2.

In view of such statement, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider the petitioners' application (Exhibit - D) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six

weeks in the light of the Government Resolution dated 05.03.2015 and 23.07.2018 on its own merits.
