There is an application seeking early hearing of the petition by fixing the date. Mr. Golewar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in his advance age and is retired person. Learned counsel submitted that the petition is filed in this Court for seeking certain monitory benefits in the nature of full pension and the petitioner is entitled for such full pension benefits. Learned counsel also submitted that the present petition No.167/2012 is tagged alongwith petition no.186/2012 2.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel and considering the age of the applicant as per
