The petitioners are seeking directions against the Respondents to grant permission to open Ashram School. The Writ Petitions are filed in the year 2005. The policy has undergone

change thereafter. No relief can be granted to the petitioners in respect of proposal submitted in the year 2003.

Even otherwise when the matters were called out on 8.6.2017, none appeared for the petitioners. The Court observed that if none appears for the petitioners on the next date, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the matters.

Today none appears for the petitioners.

The Writ Petitions are dismissed.

Rule discharged. No costs.
