Learned Counsel for the Applicant has placed reliance on order passed by this Court dated 19.04.2023 in ABA No. 313/2023 wherein it is recorded that admittedly Applicant is neither employee or office bearer nor on the board of directors of the Cooperative Credit Society, viz, Atharvaraj Multistate Agro Purpose Cooperative Society. He, therefore, submits that on the same ground liberty of the Applicant deserves to be protected.

A specific query was made to the learned APP as to whether this order has been challenged. The answer is in negative. The findings recorded by this Umesh
