The District Superintendent of Land Records, Latur has sufficiently guided the Petitioner vide the order dated 28/01/2015, to approach the concerned authority under Section 32(1) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of holdings Act. Instead of resorting to the said course, the Petitioner has approached this Court after eight years. He has wasted his time in filing applications and representations, which was not the correct course to be adopted. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
