By this application, applicant-husband seeks transfer of Domestic Violence Proceeding No.06 of 2023 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Biloli Dist. Nanded to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vaduj, Dist. Satara. 3.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that applicant is suffering from illness and he is undergoing treatment at Krishna Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Karad. It is submitted that he has been taking anti-epileptic medication since 2017. He relied upon certificate dated 04.07.2025 issued by Dr. R. Varun R. Menon. 4.

Perusal of certificate shows that applicant has been diagnosed with generalised tonic seizures and has been advised to take anti-epileptic medication. However, the aforesaid certificate does not suggest that applicant is not in position to travel or would have any

(( 2 )) 21-MCA-201-25 ailment that would prevent him from undertaking journey. Even in such case, applicant may take benefit of video conferencing facility at respective Courts for online attendance. Therefore, on this ground, prayer for transfer of proceeding instituted by respondent-wife before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Biloli Dist. Nanded, cannot be granted. 5.
