It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the similar matters this Court vide order passed on 2nd May, 2016 in Civil Application No.5663 of 2016 in First Appeal No.221 of 2016 with other connected matters, has allowed the original Claimants to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. The learned counsel have prayed for passing the similar order in the present matter also. Hence the following order - O R E D R I.
