The learned AGP representing respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that he has received a written communication dated 06.09.2021 from the Deputy Collector Land Acquisition, Jayakwadi Project - respondent No.3 herein along with a copy of the order issued by the same authority on 01.09.2021 directing the 4th respondent to submit a proposal for acquisition of the petitioner'

s land in accordance with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Copies of both the communications are placed on record and which are

for identification.

In view of the documents placed before us marked as ' X'

and the communication by respondent No.3 to respondent No.4 declaring that the earlier acquisition has lapsed and a fresh acquisition process shall be started under 2013 Act, this petition stands worked out. The same is, therefore, disposed off.

Needless to state, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall be bound by the statements made in view of the document ' X' and such acquisition under the 2013 Act shall be initiated in accordance with the procedure laid down by law.
