ORDER:

Mr Brahme, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioners are entitled for inter-district transfers at Dhule. The petitioners belong to Scheduled Tribe category and as per the policy of the Government they are entitled to be transfered in the scheduled area.

Mr Pawar, the learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that, now the inter-district transfers as per Government Resolution dt. 24.04.2017 are being supervised and handled by the

The petitioners may make an application to the Zilla Parishad/Respondent No. 3. The case of the petitioners shall be considered by the respondent-authorities at the time of general transfers to be effectuated in the year 2018, in accordance with the policy of the State Government.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
