This Contempt Petition is fled for non compliance of the order dated 20/02/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1980/2024. The relevant directions of the said order is as under :- "3. We, therefore, direct Respondent No.2/District Superintendent of Land Records, Beed, Respondent No.3/Collector, Beed and Respondent No.4/Deputy Superintendent of of Land Records, Patoda, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and carry out the measurement of the land of the Petitioner as per his application, taking into account all such issues that may be raised by the stakeholders, preferably within a period of 90 days.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off."

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the answering Respondents invited our attention to the Affdavit fled by Respondent No.4. In Paragraph No.8 of the said affdavit, following is stated :-

928-CP-621-2024.odt "8. I say and submit that, on the scheduled date the petitioner along with stakeholders were present on the spot for measurement land. Panchnama to that effect was prepared in presence of Panchas on 11.06.2024 and the work of measurement of land in survey no. 712 which includes survey no. 712AA situated at mauje Patoda came to be conducted on 11.06.2024 and boundaries were shown in the measurement sheet. I say and submit that, Shri. Sayyad Adam Sayyad Amar, Sayyad Sikandar Sayyad Amar have objected to measure the land of 9 R therefore the said could not be measured. The copy panchnama dated 11.06.2024 is annexed herewith and marked as EXHIBIT "R-4". The deponent crave leave and liberty of this Hon'ble Court to produce on the record the copy of measurement sheet as and when required."

From the above it is clear that, the order has been complied with by the answering Respondents.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, he will challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition and the same stands disposed of.
