This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.03.2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2665 of 2024, whereby the Respondent No. 4 was directed to deal with the application/representation of the Petitioner on its own merits, within a period of sixty days.

It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner that the concerned authority, i.e., Respondent No. 4, did not properly consider the application in its true spirit in view of the order of this Court, and therefore, it is a Contempt.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that, on 14.03.2024, the concerned Respondents considered 781 applications and taken decisions, a copy of which is enclosed at Page No. 175.

We have gone through the same. It is seen that the order has been complied with. Whether the application is properly considered or not and whether it caused prejudice, is the aspect to be taken into consideration before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings.
