Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In the backdrop of the nature of controversy, Mr. Chapalgaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expeditiously decide the suit.

Dr. R.R. Deshpande h/f Ms. P.R. Deshpande, the learned counsel for respondent No. 1-Original plaintiff, states that he has no objection to dispose of the petition with a direction for expeditious hearing of the suit.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition stands

908wp7593.20 disposed of with a request to the Trial Court to hear and decide the Special Civil Suit No. 1 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the parties before it.

5.

The parties shall appear before the Trial Court on 14th June, 2021.

6.

The parties shall co-operate the Trial Court in the expeditious disposal of the suit and shall not seek adjournment. 7.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
