The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the appeal is filed by the petitioners before the respondent No. 2. The same be directed to be decided.

In case, appeal is filed by petitioners (page No. 32), and if, same is pending with the respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 is competent to decide the same, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said appeal filed by petitioners, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
