O R D E R

These Appeals are placed before us in today's Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

2.

Both the sides are present. Mrs. Bharati Sagare, Deputy Collector is present along with the learned AGP Mr. A.M. Phule. 3.

The civil applications filed for condonation of delay in filing the respective appeals are allowed with consent of the parties. Registry is directed to register the said appeals.

Mr. A. M. Phule, learned AGP for the State submits that the above numbered appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No.

2 32-CA-11654-10-final.odt Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23th February 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said government Resolution. In turn, these appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing these appeals. If the amount deposited is not withdrawn then the claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the same. The learned A.G.P. Further submits that in above circumstances, nothing survives in these appeals. 5.

Accordingly, the above numbered appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
