There is delay of 66 days in preferring the first appeal.

Having regard to the nature of dispute arising out of motor accident claim and for the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para nos. 4 to 7, the delay needs to be condoned.

O R D E R

(i) The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
