The girl was produced before us yesterday and even today. She continues with her statement that she will go with petitioner and does not want to go with the parents. The girl is of 26 years of age. The petitioner as well has shown willingness to take her along and take care of the girl.

Petitioner presently is doing some earning activities. The girl is major and appears to be resolute. Since the girl is major she would be at liberty to act as per her wish. 3.

Having regard to aforesaid, the purpose underlying the petition has been worked out.

However, considering the apprehension expressed by the girl, the Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad to safeguard and protect the girl upto the destination she wishes to go. 5.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 6.

Parties to act on copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Court Sheristedar.
