Heard the learned counsel for the applicant in first session.

The Court expressed disinclination to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. The learned counsel for the applicant sought time to take the instructions. When the matter was listed after recess, he made a statement that so far as applicant No.1 is concerned, he is going to withdraw the application. When he started arguing about applicant No.2, he has tried to convince the Court that applicant No.2 has no concerned with the alleged offence. Again, Court expressed disinclination to interfere in the

impugned order. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Criminal Application stands dismissed at admission stage without notice to the other side.
