After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, and after perusing the record before us, we are not inclined to exercise our Writ jurisdiction.

The learned Advocate for the Jalna Municipal Corporation was requested by us to assist the Court, since he is on the Panel. On our request, he has appeared and he submits that,

7536.24wp (2) any further steps, as may be permissible in law in pursuance to the notice dated 13/12/2023, would be adopted by the Corporation. 3.

We make it clear that, we have not issued any directions to the Corporation. If the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed, he would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court by filing an appropriate civil suit.

This Writ Petition is disposed off.
