4-sr.905 to 907-main board.odt present. He informs to have instructions to withdraw this First Appeal, in view of the fact that the compensation awarded is within the limits of the four times as per the G.R. dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

Mr.D.A.Bide, learned Counsel for appearing for the respondents/claimants informs that none of the claimants are minor. The amount deposited in these First Appeals be paid to the respondents/original claimants.
