The learned counsel for Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with the submission that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case in a time bound manner. The learned counsel submits that the Applicant came to be arrested on 16th May, 2016 and the charge-sheet in this case came to be submitted on 6th July, 2016. The learned counsel submits that the Applicant is in jail for more than a year. Leave granted. Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the above submissions, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of this order.
