Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application has been made for issuance of caste certificate to respondent no. 3 on 19.06.2019. The petitioner's real sister is issued with the caste certificate. The father's record is also produced, however respondent no. 3 is not deciding the application.

The learned counsel waives service of notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. The learned A.G.P.

2 wp 8099.19 accepts notice for respondent no. 3.

In case the application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon it within seven (07) days from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
