Issue notice to respondents. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 3. Mr. Karlekar, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent no. 2.

In fact the petitioners were required to be more diligent and should have approached the Court earlier.

It is submitted that, the last date for

2 wp 8084.19 submission of validity certificate for the students seeking admission in professional course pursuant to MHCET is 14th July, 2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners are students and desirous of taking admission for professional course, respondent no. 3 / Committee, if it is possible shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste / tribe claims of the petitioners by 14th July, 2019. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. on 04.07.2019. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
