The application is moved for recalling the order dated 04.09.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 949 of 2009. Mr. Chawre, the learned counsel for applicants states that, in fact, alternate arrangements were made, however, the same could not be fructified, as such the matter had gone unattended. The reasons are also given for the absence of the advocate on the said date. 2.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.
