Heard Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioners assail the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the Extra Joint District Judge, Nanded in Civil M.A. No.204 of 2019, whereby the learned Extra Joint District Judge allowed the application for condonation of delay of one month and two days.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Extra Joint District Judge. After considering the observations in the order, I do not find any reason to interfere with order dated 06.01.2022 passed by learned Extra Joint District Judge in Civil M.A. No.204 of 2019 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4.
