This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0128/2022, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of Bombay Police Act.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

On investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. The victim has been discharged from hospital. He is said to have been keeping good health. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. The Court is inclined to grant the applicant, bail. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0128/2022, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of Bombay Police Act, on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety bond each of the like amount.

(iii)The applicants shall not enter village Lohgaon, taluka Newasa, until conclusion of trial.

(iv)The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
