The grievance cell has dealt with the objection raised by the petitioner and has communicated the decision on 15th April 2013. 2.

We have perused the order passed by the grievance cell and we do not find any infirmity in the reasoning recorded by the respondent No.2 - The Grievance Committee and Territory Manager (Retail), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

In view of this, no interference is called for. The petition being devoid of substance stands rejected.
