Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the concerned Officer of M.S.E.D. has already removed the support wire, which was obstructing the road described in the proceeding before concerned Tahsildar under the provisions of Mamlatdars' Courts Act. Thus, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

As such, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as complied.
