The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.398 of 2022 registered with Vimantal Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Section 302, 364, 341, 143, 147, 148, 149, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicant deserve parity. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Ubed Khan s/o Yunus Khan Pathan, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection
