We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

In the present matter, the award has not been passed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that objection has been raised to the notification under Section 3C before the authority.

Naturally, before passing the award, the

2 wp 8110.19 authority is required to consider and decide the objection raised in view of the notification under Section 3C. If the petitioner has already raised an objection, the authority before passing the award, shall decide the same in accordance with the provisions of the National Highways Act.

The writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
