ORDER

Mr.Ashish Chaudhary, Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, is present. He informs that the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer is Rs.780/- per Are, which has been enhanced to Rs.2237/- per Are. The enhanced amount, thus, is well within the limit of the four times as per the G.R. dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

Respondents have no objection for withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the above, this First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
