The petitioner has filed applications dated 28-1-2013 and 18-7-2013 for seeking sanction of residential Layout Plan and N.A. Order for the land bearing Gut No. 230/2, situated at Village Dhanwadi [Taluka : Chopada, District : Jalgaon]. The same are not yet decided, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. Karlekar, the learned Counsel for the respondents, submits that the affidavit is filed by the authorities wherein it is stated that the guidance is sought from the higher officers. 3.

It seems that the applications of the petitioners are pending since long time. The respondents shall take decision on the said applications on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
