Petitioner had informed learned Counsel by communication dated 12th July, 2019 to withdraw the present public interest litigation in view of the order dated 09th April, 2019 passed by Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Manavat, whereby Respondent No.5 - Siddharth Amrut Bhadarge is dismissed from services of Municipal Council, Manavat. Allowed to withdrawn. In view of order dated 09th April, 2019, present public interest litigation is disposed of. 4.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner, to show is bonafide, had deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13th February, 2015 and as petitioner is at his advance age having family responsibilities, amount so deposited be permitted to withdraw.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court.
