In view of the order dated 22/06/2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition no. 5812 of 2017 with group of Petitions, following directions are issued in this group of Petitions.

Each of the impugned orders in these Petitions are quashed and set aside. Where there is a spelling mistake or otherwise, so long as the claimant is claiming to be of "egknso dksGh" Scheduled Caste, each of the claims to be scrutinized and verified by the Scrutiny Committee/s on its merits and in accordance with law by following our order and direction. 3.

We direct the Competent Authority to correct the spelling and issue corrected certificate/s, as expeditiously as possible and within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
