The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, he desires to withdraw the petition and he would lead evidence at the appropriate stage, in support of his pleadings and the Trial Court may consider the pleadings and the evidence. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the original plaintiff submits that, it is the petitioner, who has invited the Impugned order. He has a right to protect his sale-deed and if he leads proper evidence, in support of his pleadings, the Trial Court would consider the pleadings and the probative value of the evidence brought on record by him.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off.
