The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent-scrutiny committee for validation of his claim as belonging to 'Tokre Koli' scheduled tribe. It was filed in January 2023 but now showing exigency that he has appeared for MH-CET as well as NEET, he is seeking early disposal of his claim.

We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondent to endeavour to decide the petitioner's claim, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today.
