This matter was heard for some time. The Deputy Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar has rejected application Exh.19 and 20 in Misc.Appl.No.616/2016 only for the reason that this petitioner has not filed relevant documents indicating his membership of the Trust and that he has been elected as an office bearer of the Trust. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions from the petitioner present in the Court that he desires to withdraw this petition so as to file a proper application alongwith all relevant documents to prove his interest.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of, as withdrawn. If the petitioner files an application alongwith relevant documents, the Deputy Charity Commissioner may consider the said application on its own merits and after hearing all the litigating sides.
