Heard Mr.Bondar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. On a simple notice being issued by this Court by an order dated 16.07.2019 to Respondent No.2, the learned Additional Government Pleader sought instructions and placed on record the communication dated 31.08.2019 along with copy of the order dated 30.08.2019, passed by the State Government, received by the office of the Government Pleader. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
{2} cp45619.odt By way of said communication, it is informed that the application for grant of CLII license in favour of the petitioner is allowed.
Though there is some delay in taking the decision, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the delay is on account of procedural formalities and the same was for bona fide reasons and also an apology is being tendered for the delay. Considering all these facts and more particularly, as the order of this Court is duly complied with, the present petition is disposed of accordingly.
