This Court on 7.3.2017, after hearing the counsel for respective parties admitted the Second Appeal and confirmed the interim relief. 2.

Thereafter, the present application is filed by the Respondent No.1 i.e. original

plaintiff for vacation of interim relief.

After having heard respective counsel for some time, I hardly see any subsequent development which prompts this Court to reconsider the prayer for discontinuation of the interim relief which is already granted after hearing the present applicant. Thus, because there is change in advocate for a party that would not give rise to any cause to a party to approach this Court for vacation of and confirm interim relief.

For the aforesaid reasons, the application is rejected.
