This Petition can be disposed of in view of the affidavit in reply tendered by the Village Panchayat, wherein it has been stated that the Petitioner would be permitted to exercise the fishing rights in relation to the tank in question

wp7398.15 subject to deposit of the amount prescribed by the Village Panchayat. The Petitioner has stated that the amount has already been deposited with the Village Panchayat and the Panchayat has accepted the same.

In this view of the matter, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
