Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Even though, this Court has imposed the conditions on the applicants not to enter within the limits of village Chinchkhed, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna, in the order dated 19.07.2016, no complaint so far is filed against the present applicants about breach of the said conditions. This Court has also observed in the said order dated 19.07.2016 while releasing the applicants on bail that the prosecution case entirely rests upon the circumstantial evidence.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Application is accordingly disposed off.
