ORDER :- Learned advocate for the applicant invites attention of this court to the order dated 5.7.2021 passed in C.A. No. 6312 of 2024 in FA stamp No. 23323 of 2023 and submits that the said appeal also arises from the same award and appeal is filed on similar grounds. Therefore, he submits that the present application needs to be similarly treated. 2.
Mr. A.G. Talhar, learned advocate for the respondent does not dispute this position.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is
{2} ca 6805.24 sr. 68 withdrawal.odt partly allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount deposited with the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon, subject to undertaking that the applicants submit an undertaking that in case any adverse order is passed in appeal, the applicant shall redeposit the amount alongwith interest, as directed by this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today. Application stands allowed and disposed of.
