IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 923 WRIT PETITION NO.8984 OF 2019 SACHIN JYOTIRAM SURYAWANSHI

VERSUS

DIPALI SACHIN SURYAWANSHI ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. Gaikwad T. G.

...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Date: August 14th, 2019 ...

PER COURT :- The petitioner husband has challenged order dated 23.4.2019, passed by the learned Family Court, Latur, by which application Exhibit 14 filed by the wife, seeking interim maintenance in Petition No.A-109, has been allowed. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs.2,500/- per month as interim maintenance and Rs.500/- to the wife for traveling to the Court to attend the proceeding filed by the husband. It is submitted that, in another proceeding, the trial Court has granted Rs.1,200/- per month as interim maintenance. I have heard the learned Advocate for quite some time and have gone through the petition paper book.

In my view, the amount, as granted by the Court below, does not appear to be exorbitant. The amount of Rs.1200/- per

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, he is willing to save the marriage and settle the issue with the wife. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the petitioner makes a request to the learned Family Court at Latur, to refer this matter to mediation, so as to save the marriage, the learned Court would make an endeavor.
