None for the applicant when the matter was called out.

By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which is rejected by the learned Registrar of this Court for not removing office objections by the applicant.

We have perused the averments made in the Civil Application explaining delay of 137 days in filing the Civil Application for not removing office objections. We are satisfied that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay in filing the Civil Application and for not removing the office objections within time. The Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that, if the office objections are not removed within the period of two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
