Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 536/2024 dated 25.5.2024 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, District Jalna for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 327, 341, 504 and 506 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have attended the police station as directed by this Court and the chargesheet in the matter is filed. The learned counsel also submits that the injury certificate shows that injuries sustained by the complainant are simple and the other accused in this crime are also released on anticipatory bail. The learned counsel, therefore, prays to confirm the interim relief granted by this Court earlier.

Considering that this Court has granted interim protection to the applicants vide order dated 9.7.2024 and the injury certificate indicates that injuries are simple in nature and other accused are released on anticipatory

ABA 1144/24 bail, I deem it appropriate to confirm the interim protection granted by this Court.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 9.7.2024 stands confirmed on the following terms :

i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
