We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent Chief Executive Officer to consider and decide the petitioner's request for transfer from tribal to non-tribal area. She had already preferred such representation on 23 February, 2022.

Learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner makes a fresh application, it would be considered on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh request to respondent no. 3 and directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and take a decision as expeditiously as possible within a period of six weeks from the date of such representation.
