The petitioner assails the orders dated 03.05.2011 and 01.08.2011.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the scheme, pursuant to which, the said orders were passed, has itself come to an end and now the handicapped students would be imparted education with regular students and fresh orders of absorption would be passed in respect of respondent No. 7.

Considering the above, the issue remains only academic. No fruitful purpose would be served by deciding the petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
