Learned counsel Mr. Chavan, holding for Mr. Anant R. Devkate, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders on record a pursis seeking permission to withdraw appearance along with communication made to the clients/petitioners. Pursis is taken on record and marked Exhibit 'X' for identification. It appears that due procedure is followed by the lawyer on record. His appearance stands discharged.

Besides that a copy of judgment and decree passed in Spl. C. S. No. 56 of 2006 is placed on record. It is taken on record and marked Exhibit 'Y' for identification. The suit filed by the respondent No. 2 was dismissed on 31.03.2017. It reveals that
2 wp 10568.15 amount of compensation has already been disbursed to the original claimant. It is also informed that an appeal against that has been preferred bearing R.C.A. No. 06 of 2023. Be that as it may.

The writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
