Mr. Deshpande, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted representation to the Divisional Commissioner (Divisional Disaster Management Section), Aurangabad and the Divisional Commissioner

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

If the Divisional Commissioner (Divisional Disaster Management Section), Aurangabad is considering the representation given by the petitioner with regard to his claim for reappointment, then the Divisional Commissioner (Divisional Disaster Management Section), Aurangabad shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months.
