Miss Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Green Tribunal is not functioning at Pune and the In-charge is Delhi Green Tribunal.

The petitioner can move the In-charge Green Tribunal and can pray for interim orders.

In case if the In-charge tribunal does not take up the matter for hearing or for consideration of the interim orders prior to 15.07.2019, then the petitioner may move this Court. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
