In view of the order dated 18.07.2017 passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Amma Chandravati Educational and Charitable Trust and Ors. Versus Union of India and anr. In WP (C ) NO. 408 of 2017, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of its grievance.
